I had purchased your Mango Jam and wanted you to know how wonderful it was.I didnt use on toast as most would. I sauted it with some jalapenos and garlic and some white wine.I then grilled some pork chops and used my Mango Jam marinade on them. Most mango sauces I have used in the past dont have that fresh fruit taste. Well yours truly made the grade. Keep up the good work
